ATHENS, GA. – Georgia Southern Swimming and Diving closed out the third day of the 2017 CCSA Championships in third place, leading a three-way race for the final step on the podium. The 2017 edition of the CCSA Championships wrap-up on Saturday with prelims at 10 a.m. and finals at 6 p.m.
Anna Moers led the way for the Eagles, placing fourth in the 100 Backstroke while delivering an NCAA "B" qualifying time and a personal record.
Bre Stuart also scored a fourth place finish for Georgia Southern, placing fourth in the 400 Individual Medley with a personal record time.

The 2017 CCSA Championships wrap-up on Saturday with preliminary rounds starting at 10 a.m. Evening finals start at 6 p.m. from the Gabrielson Natatorium on the campus of the University of Georgia. Saturday's scheduled events include the 1650 Freestyle, 200 Backstroke, 100 Freestyle, 200 Breaststroke, 200 Butterfly, Platform Diving and 400 Freestyle Relay.
