ATLANTA, GA. – Senior Diver Emma Weisel closed her collegiate diving career this week at the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships. The senior from Lawrenceville, Ga. capped a four-year career which included CCSA Diver of the Year honors this season and both the 1M and 3M CCSA Championships.

Weisel placed 44th on the 1M board with a score of 206.65 on Monday morning. She placed fifth among divers from outside the Power Five. In Tuesday's 3M competition, Weisel placed 42nd with a 207.45.

"Emma finished up her career as a Georgia Southern diver today," said Diving Coach David Giambra. "She had a great career here at Georgia Southern and leaves a legacy as the only swimmer or diver to win every event in which she competed at the Conference Championships. Her name will stay will remain on the record board in the RAC with two school records. She also set the CCSA Record this year on the 1M board."
