QUICK HITS- Texas State comes to J.I. Clements Stadium for the first time this weekend as the Eagles look for revenge from last season's series loss to the Bobcats in San Marcos.
- Georgia Southern is ranked in a three-way tie for second in the Sun Belt standings after three rounds of league play at 6-3. The Eagles are tied with Texas State (6-3) and UL Lafayette (6-3), but trail South Alabama (9-0).
- For Georgia Southern, the magic number is six. The Eagles are 10-0 this season when scoring six or more runs. Over the past five season the Eagles are a combined 102-17 including 31 wins in 2014.

Ryan Cleveland went .500 last weekend with two home runs and eight RBIs. He is currently on a 14-game hit streak, hitting .333 over that stretch, going 18-for-54 with 13 RBIs and 12 runs scored.
EAGLES PARTNERING WITH VS. CANCER FOUNDATION- Georgia Southern Baseball will join with the Vs. Cancer Foundation to raise money to end childhood cancer on Sunday, April 3rd following the Texas State series finale.

Ryan Cleveland is on a team-high 14-game hit streak entering the Texas State series.
- Cleveland is hitting .333 over the last 14 games, going 18-for-54 with three home runs, five doubles and nine walks. He has driven in 13 runs while stealing four bases.
COMING UP NEXTFollowing this weekend's series with Texas State, the Eagles will play a pair of midweek games for the first time this season. Georgia Southern visits the College of Charleston on Tuesday night for a 6 p.m. game before hosting Savannah State on Wednesday night at J.I. Clements Stadium.
