Mark your calendars! The Eagle Football Alumni Association (EFAA) is hosting its Annual Eagle Football Alumni Association $10,000 Reverse Raffle and Auction Fundraiser at the Ogeechee Technical College: Natural Resources Building on Saturday, April 16, 2016. EFAA cordially invites you to join us for an evening of food, fun and fundraising following the Blue and White football game.
Guests and members of the EFAA can look forward to bidding on silent and live auction items. 2016 auction items include, but are not limited to: autographed sports memorabilia from professional teams, VIP team travel experiences to Ole Miss, Western Michigan and conference games, the once in a lifetime opportunity to lead the Eagles out of the tunnel and onto the field at a home game, an authentic Georgia Southern white helmet autographed by the GoDaddy Bowl Champs, a complete set of GoDaddy Bowl player gifts, one of a kind Georgia Southern Football pictures and much more.
Guests will be entertained by Dueling Pianos International:A high energy, all request, sing along, clap along, rock 'n' roll, comedy piano show where the audience is just as much a part of the show as the entertainers. The duo will also accepting cash donations for song requests to donate back to the events mission that supports Eagle Nation's football program's student-athletes, equipment managers, and athletic trainers by adding funds to the Erk Russell, Tom 'Doc' Smith, and Roger Inman Scholarships for student-athletes.
The association is currently accepting item donations for the silent or live auction. Examples of donated items include: Erk Russell pictures or memorabilia, travel vouchers, various collectibles, business services or packages. Please note that items are not required to be directly related to Georgia Southern.
To purchase tickets to this year's raffle, please contact the Georgia Southern University Athletic Foundation and Ticket Office at 1-800-GSU-WINS. Tickets will be available for purchase for the price of $100/ticket and is valid for two individual's admission into the event and one entry in the $10,000 drawing. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. and all tickets must be checked in at the door by 6:00 p.m. in order to be entered into the Reverse Raffle drawing. The Silent Auction will conclude at 7:30 p.m. The Live Auction will begin at 8:00 p.m. The final 10 tickets for the $10,000 raffle will be drawn at the conclusion of the live auction.
