Quotables from coach Carter Collins"We put together a very solid afternoon team score, especially with Andrew and Henry bouncing back with good rounds to help the team."
"The wind laid down most of today and made the course a little softer, but overall, this course is a tremendous challenge. I thought we hung in there very well in the morning round. Most of the team got off to slow starts, including Steven, who was 3-over quickly, but turned in a morning round of even."
"It will take more focus and better execution with the iron game for us to get to our goals, but we're looking forward to competing tomorrow. Thanks to our grind today, we have a chance to climb up the board and walk away with a descent finish in a strong event."
Next upThe Eagles tee off at 8 a.m. in tomorrow's final round and will be paired with College of Charleston and Liberty.
