1) Parking: Parking is back to its normal Saturday procedures with the exception of one lot. The admissions office will be hosting Southern Scholars Showcase this weekend. The event will take place at Nessmith-Lane on Friday evening and Saturday morning, therefore that lot will not be available for fans to park in on Saturday.
2) Senior Day: Twenty-four seniors will be recognized on the field before the game. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 11:30 a.m. for the ceremony recognizing the hard work and dedication these men put into the program.
3) Tickets: It's the final game the Eagles will play in the friendly confines of Paulson Stadium. Tickets are still available and fans are encouraged to #PackPaulson for national TV. Go to
GSEagles.com/Tickets, call 1-800-GSU-WINS during regular office hours, or go by the Cowart Ticket Office to get your tickets now. Come out and support your Eagles as they take on Troy on national TV.
4) Toys For Tots: The athletics department will work with UPD on collecting toys for Toys for Tots at the football game this Saturday. We are asking fans to donate new, unwrapped toys for children in need this holiday season.
5) Junior Eagle Club Party: Members of the
Junior Eagle Club (JEC) are invited to their annual party this weekend as football takes on Troy. Junior Eagle Club members will gather to cheer on the football team during the Eagle Walk, watch the team warm up, have one-of-a-kind photo opportunities, a pizza party and on-field recognition!
The party is set to start at 9:15 a.m. and end at approximately 11:45 a.m. Participants will then reconvene at the end of the first quarter for on-field recognition! For more information, or to register,

6) Programs: This year, the FLIGHT game programs will be given away at no cost! Be sure to pick up this commemorative souvenir in both book stores, the two information tents and by students walking the around stadium.
7) New Student Entrance: Student gates for football games are now 1 and 15. Gate 15 is new and is located off Malecki Drive. Gate 13 is no longer a student entrance and Gate 2 is a public entrance. REMEMBER STUDENTS, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR EAGLE ID TO RECEIVE FREE ENTRY TO THE GAME!!!!
8) The handicap parking lot by the Cowart Ticket Building is for handicap Eagle Fund members who have paid for a spot in that lot. These are the only handicap parking spots in the assigned areas around Paulson Stadium. Others who need handicap parking may park in handicap spots around campus with their valid handicap hangtag or credentials in plain view. All shuttle buses are handicap accessible and are free to ride. Buses begin transportation 2 1/2 hours before kickoff and go an hour after the game ends.
9) Kickoff is set for 12:01 p.m.: The Eagle Walk is at 10 a.m. and gates open 90 minutes before. Get there early to see Freedom's Flight, the team take the field and the opening kickoff. YOU can make Paulson Stadium an intimidating environment for Troy, so get there early and BE LOUD!! The ticket office can sell tickets online and at the bookstore the day of the game, so it's never too late to get a ticket and come out!
10) Once You're In, You're In: There is no re-entry to Paulson Stadium without an unused game ticket. Once you leave the stadium, you can not come back in.
