STATESBORO, Ga. – The Georgia Southern men's tennis team is raising awareness for caregivers and families around the world through No-Shave November. No-Shave November is a month long journey where participants forgo shaving in an effort to embrace their hair, which many cancer patients lose.

Throughout the month of November the team will be forgoing shaving and donating the money that would normally go to shaving and grooming products to their team page to help fight against cancer and help the Eagles make a difference on and off the court.

"This is the second year we have done this and last year it worked really well. We wanted to have fun with it, as well as help raise awareness for a good cause," said senior Chris Kerrigan. "We set our goal higher and have a lot more planned in the future."

The Eagles will be hosting a free tennis clinic on Saturday November 5th from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Any and all children are welcome, as well as any skill range. Come and hang out with your Eagles while they continue to push toward their goals.
