STATESBORO, GA. – After three seasons of traveling to every meet, Georgia Southern Rifle hosted its first home match on Saturday morning, taking a 4,443-4,317 win over Wofford at the Georgia Southern Shooting Sports Education Center.
Courtney Weekley led the way for the Eagles, placing second overall and on both guns.
Rosemary Kramer toped the table with the Air Rifle with a score of 576.
"I was proud of the way the team competed today," said Head Coach
Jim Riggs. "Shooting at home was a new experience and I'm happy with the way we responded to the challenge. I'd like to thank everyone who came out to support us today."
