ATLANTA, GA. – Georgia Southern Swimming & Diving delivered a strong finish to the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational, earning three swims in the evening session to wrap-up the fall's showcase event. The Eagles will return to the training pool to begin laying the groundwork for the 2017 CCSA Championships. Georgia Southern's next competitive meet is on December 15th against Florida International.

"Competing against the best in the country brought out the best in our girls," said Head Coach Laura Thomas. "This meet was a great way to see where we are at this point in the season. I feel very confident that this is a precursor to the success we will have in February at our conference meet. I'm very proud of how all of our girls stepped up and raced for all six sessions of the meet. Our performances this week leave me very excited for our conference meet later this season!"
