Adam Taylor joined the Georgia Southern men's tennis coaching staff in the fall of 2014 after a successful college tennis career at Tyler Junior College and Murray State University. Taylor joined Nick Zieziula's staff as a volunteer assistant coach and will assist with practices, conditioning and competition.
Taylor graduated in May from Murray State after playing two seasons for the Racers. Taylor posted a 12-27 career record from the number 1 and 2 singles position and was 5-8 from the number 1 doubles position in 2014.Â
Taylor joined the Racers after two seasons at Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas, where he played for the school's men's tennis squad. Taylor played as high as the number 1 singles and number 1 doubles and helped his team to a second-place finish at the NJCAA nationals in both seasons.Â
Taylor came to the United States after graduating from Western Technical School in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.Â
