
Men's Basketball Adds European Forward Pavle Ridesic

Ridesic played a prep year at Western Reserve Academy, nationally for Bosnia & Herzegovina
STATESBORO– Men's basketball has added another forward to the freshman class, this time inking Pavle Ridesic, a 6-foot-8 forward from Trebinje, Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Ridesic (REE-je-sitch), who played at the FIBA U18 level for his home country, spent a prep year at Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, Ohio, his first basketball action in the United States.
Ridesic joins a strong forward addition class for the upcoming season and will wear no. 34 for the Eagles. He is the first player in program history to hail from Bosnia & Herzegovina, and one of less than ten active Division I college basketball players to hail from the country.
