Golf stuff:
- What is your lowest 18 hole score? 66 non tournament, 67 tournament
- Describe the best shot of your life. At regionals, I was the last group out. After my friends from my team and other teams had finished, they came out to watch me finish up on 17 and 18. I bomb my drive and now I have about 170 in on a 425 par 5. I pull my 6 iron a little bit and I lay in the rough beside the green. My friends jokingly say “hey you got this, just chip in!” Surely, I step up, give it a good read and knock it in for an eagle. Everyone went nuts and there must’ve been about 30 people watching me.
- What is the strongest part of your game? Fairways and greens in regulation
- When did you start playing your golf? What was your inspiration? I started playing golf at age 10 and my inspiration was trying to beat my two older brothers one day.
- What would be your dream golf course to play? Pebble Beach!
- What would be your ideal foursome? Jordan Spieth, Smiley Kaufmann, and Justin Thomas
Random thoughts:
- Best advice you ever received. “Don’t worry about being different, they’ll all be jealous when you’re on tour.”
- If you had to live off one food for the rest of your life, what would you choose? Mac and cheese
- What celebrity do you get mistaken for? When I was little, it was Michelle from Full House, but now probably a cross between Susanne PETTERSEN and NATALIE Gulbis.
- What would you name the autobiography of your life? Progress
Think fast:
- Favorite vacation place. Myrtle Beach, NC
- Favorite food. Mac and Cheese
- Favorite book. Dear John
- Favorite restaurant. Cracker Barrel and SportsZone (local)
- Favorite holiday. Christmas
- Favorite type of music. Country
