FRESHMAN (2015-16): Won 11 of 18 dual matches at the No. 5 and 6 spots as a freshman…conjured up a three-match winning streak against Nicholls State (Feb. 26), Coastal Carolina (Feb. 21) and Jacksonville State (Feb. 28)…went 1-3 in doubles at the No.3 spot…beat Lucas de Torres and Alejandro Valencia of Kennesaw State (Mar. 16) alongside doubles partner Ze Moya…Marked a 3-9 singles record for the fall season…competed in the doubles championship at the Wake Forest Invitational (Nov. 6-8) with doubles partner Marvin Spiering where they lost 6-8 against Shoen and Barr of Wofford…beat Michael Bimbaum from Chattanooga 6-4, 6-1 at the Georgia Southern Championships (Oct. 23-25)…also took down Jorge Wilton of Kennesaw State 7-5, 6-4 at the home tournament…played in flight No.1 at the mercer Gridiron Invitational (Oct. 9-11) in both singles and doubles…fell in the singles flight 3-6, 6-3, 4-6 but won in doubles with teammate Chris Kerrigan 6-1 against Leskinen and Van der Burgh of Wilmington…recorded his first collegiate win at the Charlotte Invitational (Sept. 18-20) against David Sklar (Wofford) winning 4-6, 6-4, 7-5
PERSONAL: Born to Holly and Perry Johnson in Boulder, Colorado...moved to Sarasota, Fla. at age six...started playing tennis at age nine
