Men's Soccer Sign Three To 2026 Class

Statesboro, Ga. --- The Georgia Southern men's soccer team signed three players as part of their 2026 recruiting class. The players now enter a program who were ranked for six weeks in the 2025 season, and are on the cusp of making the NCAA Tournament.

Broden Beorlegui - 6'2 Forward - Bradenton, Fl.
Lakewood Ranch High School, Florida Premier FC

Most recently playing with Florida Premeir FC in the ECNL, Broden was a part of a squad that won the ECNL Florida Conference Championship for the past three seasons. In their most recent title run Broden amassed seven goals, earning him ECNL All-American honors and Florida Conference Player of the Year. Finally, he also was invited on trials by many prestigious teams, including Paderborn of the Bundesliga.

From Coach Squires: "Broden is an old school center forward who loves scoring goals.  His instinct in the 18 yard box is hard to teach, and he already has the physical profile to compete in College.  We are excited to land one of the top players in the Southeast, as evidenced by his Top 200 national ranking with Top Drawer Soccer."

Nicholas Levine - 6'2 Center Back - Tampa, Fl.
Newsome High School, Tampa Bay United FC

A member of the Tampa Bay United Soccer Club, Nicholas was a member of the U17 Florida All-Star game this past February. he also was named to the 2023-24 Southern region Olympic Development Program as a Florida representative.

From Coach Squires: "Nick is a really accomplished defender that reads the game well and prides himself on his defending first.  He also has the quality to pick out a pass from the back.  He's had a really good soccer education with Tampa Bay United in MLS Next as well as spending time in a pro environment with the Rowdies."

Ezra Amadi-Emina - 6'3 Center Back - Stockton-on-Tees, England
Blackpool FC

A member of Blackpool FC's program, Ezra was a crucial piece and captained for the U-18 squad's championship run in the 2022-23 seasons and since then, he has made multiple appearances on the Development Team for Blackpool as well.

From Coach Squires: "Ezra is an exciting prospect with a great footballing education in professional academies in England.  He has size and strength combined with a good range of passing, as well as being a vocal leader and personality. We're looking forward to having Ezra join this Spring to settle in."

While the Eagles have signed three, they still hope their season continues with an at-large bid into the NCAA Tournament. The Selection Show is set for this upcoming Monday (November 17th) at 1 PM.
