Women's Tennis looks to continue their hot streak against Savannah State

STATESBORO, Ga. – For the first time in over 11 days the Georgia Southern women's tennis team will take to the courts to compete against Savannah State. The Eagles have been eager to return to the courts after having their home season opener rained out against Florida Gulf Coast.

Savannah State enters play Tuesday with a 0-2 record, falling to Wofford 7-0 in the second match of their three match home stand. The Tigers will wrap-up the three match home stand hosting the Eagles.

The Blue and White are looking to stay hot against the Tigers Tuesday. Freshman Mila Hartig and Charlotte van Diemen both post a perfect 2-0 record on the season in singles play. The match against the Tigers will be the first of two this week. The Blue and White will then travel to Florida State University to take on the Seminoles Saturday.
