STATESBORO, Ga - As Georgia Southern University Athletics continues to grow, the 2018 softball program will now be offered as a ticketed event! Season tickets are on sale now for only $50 and single tickets will be available for purchase beginning Jan. 22, 2018.

As the new Georgia Southern head softball coach, Kim Dean announced the 2018 schedule for the Eagles upcoming season. In her first season at the helm of the program, Dean and the Eagles will play in four tournaments, including hosting the 2018 Eagle Round Robin, and will have 19 games at home at the Eagle Field Softball Complex. The season will commence on Friday, Feb. 9 with the Eagle Round Robin.

All seating at Eagle Field is general admission. There are no minimum donation requirements to purchase season tickets for Eagle Softball. Season tickets do not grant access to postseason games such as Sun Belt championship tournaments but will include all of Georgia Southern's regular-season tournament games at home. 
 
Single-game tickets are $5 and youth tickets are $3. Softball fans can save money by purchasing season tickets for just $50 at GSEagles.com/SoftballTickets.
 
Georgia Southern Athletics has implemented a clear bag policy similar to those at other schools and pro stadiums. Fans need to be aware of this policy before they arrive at the gates! The only amendment to the clear bag policy specific to softball game attendance is the grass seating area available to fans. Fans who choose to sit in outfield grass seating are permitted to bring a tent for shade and chairs, if desired. Coolers, food, etc. are not permitted in the Eagle Field Softball Complex.
