Indoor – Set a personal-best time of 1:19.73 in the 500m run at the Tiger Paw Invitational…Part of 4x400m Relay team that finished fourth at the SoCon Championships with a season-best time of 3:48.73.
Outdoor – Broke the school record when she ran the 800m Run at the SoCon Championships in a personal fastest time of 2:12.66…Part of the 4x400m Relay team that finished first (3:48.73) at the UNF Spring Break Invitational.

2010-2011 (Sophomore)
Indoor - Competed in the 400m, 500m and 4x400m events for the Eagles
Outdoor - Ran a season-best time of 58.78 in the 400m Dash...Part of two 4x400m Relay teams that garnered Top-3 finishes including a third place (3:50.60) finish at the SoCon Championships and a second place (3:50.66) finish at the Seminole Invitational.

2009-2010 (Freshman)
Indoor - Part of 4x400m Relay team that finished second (3:56.70) at the SoCon Championships...Recorded the third best-time (40:23.58) in Georgia Southern history in the 10,000m Run at the Shamrock Invitational to finish fifth...Finished seventh (1:01.18) in the 400m Dash at the GSU Invitational...Part of 4x400m Relay Team that finished first (3:55.25) at the GSU Invitational.

Cross Country
2011 (Junior)
Competed in two meets for the Eagles including the College of Charleston Invite where she recorded a season best time of 23:56.00.

2009 (Freshman)
Competed in the Gamecock Invitational where she placed 59th (23:33.76) in her first collegiate competition.

Prep: Attended Decatur High School...Ran for coaches head coaches Toni Bennett and Freddie Jones...Named team MVP all four seasons...Region champions three times...State champions twice...Named team captain.

Personal: Born May 14, 1991 in Atlanta, Ga... Daughter of Todd Towns and Kirsten Small... Enjoys music, shopping and running...Majoring in Education.
