Cross Country Places 12th at SoCon Championships
MT. PLEASANT, S.C. – The Georgia Southern cross country team finished off its 2012 season at the Southern Conference Championships at Laurel Hill Plantation, where the Eagles finished 12th in the 5K race Saturday.
Sara Curry (right) paced Georgia Southern with a time of 19:09.03, and Lindsay Mullican finished with a time of 20:03.40. Jami Joyner ran a 20:38.76, and Kristiana Towns was just behind her with a time of 20:46.73.
Asea Mayfield finished in 21:18.86, and Amanda Ventre ran a 22:15.40. Alexandra Langmo finished in 23:27.16.
