Freshman (2011-12): Named SoCon Freshman of the Year and to the league's All-Freshman Team • Also named All-SoCon • Named to SoCon Academic Honor Roll • Tied for fourth at the SoCon Championships after shooting a 3-over par 219 (72-77-70) • Shot a 70 on the last day to make the move up the leaderboard • Played in 11 tournaments for a total of 33 rounds and posted a 73.88 scoring average • Had five top-20 finishes • Best round was a 69, which he shot twice – at the John Hayt Invitational and the Mason Rudolph Championship • Tied for sixth at the Mason Rudolph after finishing at 3-under par (69-71-70-210) • Shot 1-under par to tie for 12th at the SpringHill Suites Invitational.

Prep: 2010 Georgia Junior Player of the Year • Two-time winner of the Georgia Junior Championship • Quarterfinalist in the 2010 U.S. Junior Championship • Four-time member of the all-state team • Helped team win state championship his senior year • Four-year letterwinner and was team captain for three seasons • Also a two-year letterwinner in basketball.
