Of Signing Day and Opening Night ...

In the spirit of the new season and the smell of freshly printed media guides, Coach Charlton "C.Y." Young re-answered the questions that were posed to him his junior year for the 1991-92 media guide, with the benefits of 17 years of life experience.

Just over 20 years ago, Charlton "C.Y." Young of Miami Carol City High School signed his National Letter of Intent to attend Georgia Southern and play basketball for the Eagles. Above is a PDF of his junior year profile with the original answers.

In just over 36 hours, "C.Y." will step onto the court for his first game as Head Coach of "THE" Georgia Southern University.
