"Inside Georgia Southern Basketball" TV Show Debuts This Week

STATESBORO, Ga. - The first installment of "Inside Georgia Southern Basketball" with Coach Charlton "C.Y." Young hits the airwaves beginning this Sunday. Basketball fans can follow Coach Young and the Eagles with game highlights and feature stories prepared for the weekly program.

New shows air on Sunday nights at 10 p.m. on WGSA CW-13 in Savannah.  WPHJ in Vidalia will broadcast the show twice weekly with showings on Tuesday nights at 10 p.m. and Wednesday mornings at 6 a.m.  The eight-week schedule runs through the Southern Conference Tournament the first weekend of March.

Host Chris Blair and Coach Young breakdown and review all the highlights of the previous week's games and preview upcoming opponents. Brent Jones anchors the Coach's Corner segment. The first week's guest is Head Women's Basketball Coach Rusty Cram who will discuss the early season and the Lady Eagles' top performers.
