Mays Sets GSU Golf Lineup for Kiawah

KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. – Georgia Southern golf coach Larry Mays has announced the six-man lineup for the Eagles' first tournament of the 2012-13 season, which begins Sunday morning at The Ocean Course on Kiawah Island.

Scott Wolfes, Charlie Martin, Will Evans, Hayden Anderson, Blake Olson and Caleb Morris will compete for the Eagles this weekend. The Tournament runs from Sunday through Tuesday with 18 holes each day.

"The team had a very competitive qualifier for our first event with some good results," said Mays. "The six eagles going over to Kiawah are ready to go and are in good form heading into the event.  We look forward to going over and competing hard for a top finish to start our year."

Akron, College of Charleston, South Florida, USC Aiken, Mercer, Houston, Florida, UAB, SFA, UTA, USC Upstate, Davidson, St. John's and Texas State will play in the tournament along with Georgia Southern.
